CHS Semester Exam Exemption Policy and Times

Semester 1  2022-2023

Semester Exam Testing Dates

12.15.22 (Periods:1,3,5,7)

1st period 8:00 - 9:00

3rd period 9:05 - 10:05

Break

5th period 10:25 - 11:25

7th period 11:30 - 12:30

Lunch Buses Run at 1:00

12.16.2022 (Periods: 2,4,6,8)

2nd period 8:00 - 9:00

4th period 9:05 - 10:05

Break

6th period 10:25 - 11:25

8th period 11:30 - 12:30

Lunch Buses Run at 1:00

Exemption policy is per class/period.

Any student meeting the following criteria may be exempt from the semester exam for that period/class.

● (Absences that are considered for semester exam purposes)

A- Excused Absences

U-Unexcused Absences

● No more than 2 absences and at least a 70 average for the semester.

● No more than 3 absences and at least an 80 average for the semester.

● No more than 4 absences at least a 90 average for the semester.

● 5 or fewer tardies for the semester
