OBJECTIVE: Students will be able to examine the types, sources and uses of credit, determine the established guidelines for credit ratings and scores, and outline the need for maintaining good personal and business credit analyze and evaluate sources and types of credit, understand the importance of a credit score and read a credit report, examine the components of the cost of borrowing, differentiate between debit and credit cards, and evaluate the basic borrowing process.
